Every week my check is direct deposited into the bank on
Monday's. This bank has the wire on Monday - post my
checks and then posts the deposit. I have had this
account for several months without a problem, however on
the 24th of February they got their chance and posted
$84.40 in withdrawals then posted my check on the
morning of the 25th (around 4am) and then took their
Overdraft charge of $120.00. To date, they have pumped
$557.00 in o/chgs and they also charge a negative
balance fee - we are talking 10 banking days which is
costing me an average of $60.00 per day. I have emailed
the manager of the bank Tammy Kreger to no avail. There
has to be some sort of regulations out there I can call
upon. Anyone able to help out there... My family is very
