RPM Collections continues to call me about a debt that is not mine. When they first started calling they claimed I had a debt from MCI. I asked them to send me a hard copy including the phone number in which this debt was created.
Two months later I still haven't received this copy so I called MCI. They claim that I have never had an account with MCI and that service for MCI isn't even available in my area.
When RPM called again I informed the RPM representative (her name was Darcy) that I had contacted MCI and that MCI had no acount existing in my name. She than stated that the account wasn't with MCI it was with Worldcom.
In turn, I again asked for a hard copy. She claimed that a hard copy was sent back in February and again in March and lead me to believe that another copy wasn't going to be sent.
When I asked to talk to her manager she repeated herself (very rudely I might add) by giving me the information concerning the account again. She also asked why I wanted to speak to her manager. My reponse was that she just wasn't listening to me. Everytime I would try to speak she would rudely speak over me with the account information.
At this point, I informed her that if she didn't put the manager on the phone then I was going to hang up on her. Needless to say I hung up on her.
