My Husband and I were contacted back in January by this company stating that we were preapproved for a Mastercard witha $2500 limit. After much thought, we fell for their plea. They asked us for $199.00 to be deducted from our checking account through our banks routing number. The money was debited from our account on 1/31/02 and we were told that we would receive the card in 10-14 business days. Well, here it is 6/7/02 and still no card. We have spoken to a Brandy, Kevin, Amy and Joshua on several occasions, but just get the run around. Their latest excuse was that there is a mail strike in Illinois. Well we live in New Jersey and I don't see the relevance. We also were given a supervisors name, a Miss Joy Brown, but no one can ever locate her. I just hope we can get our money back. We have three small children and it isn't easy just to throw away $199.00. I hope this will save someone else the trouble. These people are visciously cruel. KellieCape May Court House, New Jersey
