Took our money for pre-payments, cancelled the loan, did not return the pre-paymnets

We have a written signed contract for a loan but after we made the agreed pre-payments. The company said that the leander needed more pre-payments and wanted us to wire two more months of pre-payments. We refused to do so and told them to return our money. We were assured the mney would be returned.

t has been several weeks and no payments have been returned us. Tried to call the number and now the number is no good.
