I went to a Wells Fargo Bank to deposit a check into my ATM savings account, and much to my surprise, the teller told me my balance after my deposit was $21.00 How can this be I asked? She told me I had 4 overdrafts ($132) dollars in the past month.
I use my ATM to draw money from time to time, and if the money is not there, I can't take it out.
So I was surprised when it came up that my ATM card was a check card, and every overdraft cost $33.00. I with - drew $60.00 and they charged me$33.00.
I have had this account for 8 years, and this is the first time this has ever happened. Did they change my ATM card to a ATM check card without my knowledge? I have a meeting with the branch manager next week, and I will let you know the outcome. Please post any replys.
