This company is the most outragiously harassing company and continually ignores the rules of Fair Debt Collection Laws. This company has called me at my work more than 10 times in the last 2 weeks, even when each call I have told them that I cannot recieve personal or debt collection calls at work. When I hang up they call back again.
I even told them I was recording the phone conversation and was going to take legal action against them if this harassment continued and they didn't care. They told me they too were recording the conversation. They have threatend to allocate my wages, file civil suit against me and even requested me to put my manager on the phone with them after I told them I could be fired for their calls.
They seem to believe they are above the law and will have no ramifications from any of their harassing and threatening actions. I have sent a certified letter to them, but do not feel certain that it will be signed for. I also filed a complaint with the FTC. Any other suggestions on any actions I can take against them?
