There was unauthorized funds taken from my checking account in the amount of $ 159.95 and I cannot get in touch with the company. They continue to tell me that there is a high volume of calls and to go to this EDPreporting.com web address to contact them via email. Still, I get no response and my banking institution is giving me a hard time in obtaining these unauthorized funds. Help Please.
