This company had an electronic draft on my checking account for 195.95, that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE! Internet U.S. A U.S.A

I went this morning (01-28-07) to withdraw funds from my account and my account said that I was negative in my checking. I went home to look at my On-Line banking, and it showed that EDP Card withdrew 159.95 from my account.
Please help me get my funds back.
