On may 15, i was called from a representative named sandra johnson and told i was approved for a visa and mastercard with 2500.00 credit on each card.
After giving my savings account information, i gave them the withdrawal date of 5/24/02. I was called to verify my account information within 10 minutes of the initial call.
After i verifying my information, i checked on line for information on this company. I found thse usacomplaints. Coms and immediately called back to the company using the costumer service number given.
I told the operator i didn't want any withdrawal taken out of my bank account. I would like it cancelled. She told me i would need to speak to my representative.
I left my name and number for a return call and never recieved it. From may 16 until may 23, i called several times and only received an answering machine stating that i do not want their cards and do not withdrawal any monies from my account.
For seven days no one called back or answered the phones. On may 24 there was not a withdrawal from them.
Then on may 30 they took the monies out of my account. I am trying to get the monies put back in because the took it out on an unauthorized day. Much more to this story.
