My mother has been abused for the last 3 to 5 years with this corruption against her, ruining her health, just recently in the Hospital, and attorney Woods and the defendants finding out that she is sick trying to recover from surgery, unrepresented has brought another action against her to dismiss case, to create all the trouble they can with a phone conference today for 3PM, having no time to prepare or unable to protect herself! WHY is the judge allowing this corruption to take place
I just received a phone call from My sister that my Mother had gotten so worked up being repeatedly abused and still weak/sick that she had some kind of spell and had to call an ambulance. I have to go!

My mother (75 years old, hereafter GLS) "in good faith" to provide badly needed addational income to live on, (I'm 54 and have constant pain from a 1991 work injury its cheaper to cripple you then to provide you with proper medical care!)
Being unaware of "widespread Lending corruption" made the mistake of becoming involved with "Predatory Lenders" Her other mistake being a 75 year old Elder woman with large amounts of valuable assets with very little cash making her an "easy Victim" to financially Exploit/Abuse/Destroy knowing that she had "no money to be able to protect herself" by hiring an attorney, etc!
GLS was forced to file a lawsuit (unrepresented with no legal training or experience) in; United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri, St. Louis, Mo. To try to protect herself and her assets from "Financial Exploitation and abuse"!

These attorneys know your an "easy victim" being unrepresented that you have "no money" to be able to do mailings, copies, or any of the other things thats required to prepare a case, so they "start making it impossible to do whats required to try to get the case dismissed or any other deceit/lies/fraud!
Go to the Missouri bar web page then go to services at right hand side of the page, then open their "Pro Bono" page and it tells you how people that can't afford an attorney are forced into court everyday unrepresented to
become a "Victim". That Missouri doesn't have but maybe 50% of the attorneys that are needed (and nothing about the quality of work that the attorneys they have are doing) With "no one doing anything about it!!! Why because Missouri attorneys are "making easy money everytime they appear in Court "against someone that can't protect themselves"! Easy Income!
Here we have all the thousands of attorneys in Missouri and theres not a one that can figure out how to fund the small amount of money needed to "Stop this attrocity" * that Lender Attorneys have "figured out" that they can put their borrowers that have a lot of assets into the same situation and they are "a Victim waiting to Happen" force them into court unrepresented, split up the assets/huge profits.
* using "fraudulent appraisals" of valuable assets (worth nothing per there "true value") to create problem loans.
* "discriminating Lending" leading to fraudulent appraisals, with Lenders in Missouri/with their corrupt attorneys;
* taking large amounts of your assets for collateral
* create a "problem loan" where there are no problems.
* knowing they can force you into court unrepresented where you are a "Victim waiting to happen"!!! Or if you don't appear because you know whats going to happen, "Court abuse" then they will declare a "default judgement"!!! Note; default judgments were originally to induce people to appear in court but are now routinely used "as a tool of corruption to exploit/abuse/destroy their victims, which violates nearly all your "constitutional rights, this of course in "no due process", no equal protection, no equal access, cruel and unusual punishment.
Of course equal means that both sides with similar knowledge / experience
