I retained the "Firm" of John Ray and Associates for a Family Court Matter. The attorney assigned to the case "Vess Metiv" was a young man who appeared to be aggressive when I meet him in the office. That was not the case when we arrived at the court, He was often pushed aside by attorneys with more time under their belt, I felt like the Judge and the attorneys on the case did not take him seriously and gave him no respect. He was often late saying he had another case in another part, But I observed him walking into the building. He often looked to take the easy way out and gave in to easy. Bottom line he didn't stand up for me and disregarded what I had to say and did what he want. I made a huge mistake in choosing this attorney and firm, Wasted time and money and considering this was very important, They were clearly not the right choice for me. Also their "Billing Dept" was Horrible never had a clue about payments made in curt, couldn't subtract things differently, Charged me for the attorneys travel time to court, and every single phone call.
