Ever notice EVERYTIME you call into a Beneficial number you run into either a busy signal or an a*? EVERYTIME I deal with a bureaucratic monkey there, by blood pressure goes though the roof and it feels like I'm gonna have a coronary. No exaggeration.
The last time I contacted them to try to work out a repayment arrangment, I was treated to some b* lecture about how I should be more patient and polite, and 'professional' on the phone. I told her my job was to make this exorbitant payment every month and that's it. I don't get paid to deal with the public like they do, and the employees at Beneficial are definitely in no position to expound about professionalism. It was a fruitless, useless conversation. Which was no surprise, in a company full of useless a*.
I have been hung up on, treated rudely, put on hold forever, given incorrect information or a complete runaround, and have had to put up with belligerent snotty a*wipes every time I'm forced to call there. I absolutely dread dealing with anyone from Beneficial, and I've reached a point where I can't stand anything or anyone connected with this predatory lender.
I'm not going to kiss someone's a* who has a lien on my home and who will snatch it if something happens to my husband. I put my blood, sweat, and tears into my house. I worked hard for it, not them. I'd just as soon burn it than let them take it. They are denying us insurance on the loan because we got a few payments behind and now they won't reinstate it. Of course, none of this was ever brought up when we took the loan out. With that in mind, I don't ever see the need to treat these f* like anything other than the exploitive, duplicitous thieves they are.
I would implore anyone not to deal with this company. But if you do, and again I advise against it, make sure you read all the fine print. We're paying dearly now for not doing that.
Beneficial is an evil company and should fall. Perhaps the next class action lawsuit will wipe them out. We can only hope.
