I recieved a civil citation from Palisades Collection that was served to me in person by the constable at 6:45am last Friday. I have NO idea what this debt is for. They're telling me that I owe ATT $1052 and then they're tacking on filing fees and court costs. I'm trying to determine if this is one of they're bullying tactics. When I read the other complaints against them I didn't see anyone else that had actually been sued by these slimballs. Does anyone know the best way for me to handle this??? Or has anyone else already been through this??? I've never been sued by anyone and I'm a mess over this. Thanks for your input.
