I bought my first home through a Mortgage company called Crevcor Mortgage. Not even a month later I was transfered to HSBC. The appraisal I was given is 15K higher than the true value. Luckily the seller didn't want that much. Due to my other half losing his job I got behind by one month. Now that I'm caught up, thought things would be fine. Now They call me asking for a payment even if I'm 5 day's behind the dues date... Still within the grace period. And even get angry when I tell them I can't pay because I don't have my checkbook with me. I don't carry it unless I plan to use it. Now I'm stuck with a company which I didn't even pick full of very rude people. Who actually had the nerve to call me lazy and a liar cause I couldn't pay on time for those months. My credit score was less than they told me (50 less), so it's at the moment too low to even refinance.
