I was checking my bank account and noticed a transaction I know I did not authorize. It was for $14. I went back to my records and noticed that back in July this company took out $49.95 out of my checking account as well.
I called the 800 number listed and all it was an automated system and if you want to speak to a customer service rep you are placed on hold forever. I didn't sign up for anything online and I've never heard of this company before until I did a little bit of research on the web. I immediately called my bank and report the unauthorized charges.
