Hsbc m hits recovering family of layoff with foreclosure

Warning I took out a loan with HSBC Home Mortage, when I was laid off in March 06, we discussed everything, it was ok to hold payment until I was back to work.

On July 1st I was back to work with another company making great money. When we sent the first payment it, they returned the checks and stated that the home was in foreclosure, I had not heard anything of this nature.in order to save the house, I am required to pay about $8,000, I have about 3/4 of it but they will not negotiate, my house will sell in
August. The b* are taking my home from my son, I could be caught up by the end of September with all fines and all.

I was told by their represenatives tuff we are in the money business. I understand that, and I am willing to pay the money.instead I will be filling a chapter 13 immediately (cost $3,000) in order to stop the foreclosure.
