I contacted J. A Cambece after pulling a credit report and found i had an unpaid bill. I worked out a settlement with Carissa at 866-234-2727 (direct line) i offered 200 to clear she said no can do settlement for 400.00, she said i could do 200.00 down and $3.00 a month until i had the other 200.00 i made the 1st 200.00 payment on 5-31-06 and a 3.00 payment on 6-30-06,
I called back on July 24 to do another 3.00 payment and set 8-15-06 for the final 200.00 Carissa set up the payments then called me back and said no they weren't going to uphold that. I was then transferd to Gabriel Taverez 866-200-9433 (direct line) who said i could do 200 this month to clear, advised it was a matter of princeipal and had a verbal contract and to pull the tape.
He refused to provide me with a copy of the tape then said i didnt have to pay 3.00 in july but can do 200.00 on 8-15-06 and to call him then. Feeling uneasy about him i called back on 7-25-06 to get a email promissing 200.00 would clear he said no now in different area and would only been able to do pmt on 8-15-06 for 200.00 if was still in his area which it wasn't anymore so cant do.
I then talked to Matt Cox 866-341-1536 who said maybe could get original company to settle for 235.00 but cant promise! They are all liars who wont provide a copy of the tapes because it would prove what i have said. I am reporting them to every agency i can think of.
