My father was contacted by an individual his name was Mike Boyagi, he made him become interested in what he was saying, My parents are retired, & they don't make that much, they were trying to get a loan with this company to help them out. Back in the beginning of June. Mike took all there information and promised that he would get them a 30 yr fixed rate loan at 6%. So he had my mom & dad believing he can help. So they only signed a credit release form. Nothing else. The company sent in an apprassier she took $350.00 from them to process the loan. Well to make a long story short, my parents didn't hear from anyone and it's over a week now, so I call Mike, learning that Mike quit & took all his information with him, so now they refer Shaun Korian. He says that Mike quit, & he was looking into things, so asked me to call him back in a few days.
Actually I gave him another week, it was the week of the fourth of July. They told me he was out of town & would be back on Tuesday. I called they said he was still out. So my father calls & tells them if you can't do nothing for me instead of lying, you can give people a call. So my father asks to speak to the General Manager, he answers the phone and tells my father he'll refund his $350.00 next day air. Next day comes no check. So my father recalls & talks to him explaining to him that if he keeps lying he would have me his daughter add the company name to usacomplaints.com.
Which as you can see I wasn't kidding. & I will be contacting the BetterBusiness Burearu of CA. I did it with another company that thought they could get away with a scam, and 6 mths later my check was returned to me. So I will pursue any attempts to get a check back from this company. Everytime you call this company they tell you a new story, Still today 7-19-06, no check. & I am getting more upset. My advise to anyone who listens to these lies, be careful. The callers are scammers & they don't care about us hard working individuals out there, there only looking out to see how many fools are ready to believe the decietful lies they can feed a struggling individual.
