When they first called and said I was approved for $5000 credit limit and all the other so-call perks, I fell for it. I asked the cost, which was told to me to be $249.00.initially, I said ok. They claimed that the conversation was being recorded and they asked you to repeat your name, number, social security number, bank account numbers, and set a date for the money to be withdrawn from your account. After thinking about this for about a week or so, I called them back and cancelled the whole thing. I told them I wasn't interested. I called again and said the same thing again and was told it was already noted that I had cancelled. Well guess what, they took money out anyway. I called and told them the situation and was told that it was an agreement, and I said "I didn't sign anything making any agreement." Then was told it was a verbal agreement. Needless to say, I told her, "Well I'm verbally cancelling once again." Then I called her an idiot several times. I called back and got the address and told her see you in court.
