They are talking my money, there are intentionally causing overdraft!

Every month they take money out of my account, causing it to overdraft. When I called up there to check on my account, they told me that I have an overdraft fee. They lied and said that I had enough money in the account, but then when i called back up there, they said i had insufficient funds. I tired of this bank taking my money, they're crooks! Please help me get my money back in my account!
