I have tried to represent myself against Asset Acceptance. They have not provided any details of the debit It was set for pretrial there Attorney came in 10 minutes late was very unprepared. Had to look at my paperwork. Don't think I can handle this on my own anymore they have sent a letter of Discovery I am not sure how to anwser afraid I will loose if i awser it the wrong way. Can I file a letter of discovery and do I file that with the court? Should I just get an attorney??? They still have not given me any details of the balance of the debit the one is not my SSN. What can I do any help would be greatly appreciated.
