SPS sent us a notice one week after purchasing our Mortgage from CIT Group, stating we must pay balance in full, not in the 40 years we have amortized over. We have had to retain an attorney and fight to keep our home even though NO payments are 30 days late.
We contacted the Mortgage Broker that hired this collection agency, they state " this has happened numerous times" and gave us the name of their attorney to contact.
Atleast the mortgage company is working with us. This is a 650,000 law suit we have filed against SPS of Jacksonville Fl.
