My loan originated in Ann Arbor Michigan, and like the other complainants here, my initial loan officer "dissapeared" and I was passed around like a ping pong ball. Everything you have read from others' reports are true, they lie, they steal, cheat and misrepresent themselves and they don't care who they crush to do it.
Even though I have been included with the AG's Suit, I got home yesterday and found a "notice to sell" on my door. It was the 13th of July but the notice is dated June 29th. The sale is to occur on July 27th. I contacted the lawyer firm listed on the bottom of the form, and had to leave a voice mail. I was on pins and needles all day today hoping for a return call to tell me what I can do to stop this, but nothing. I also faxed everything to the Michigan Office of Finances, a Ms. Gena (ROR REDACTED FULL NAME FOR SECURITY PURPOSES) in hopes for some reassurance, but nothing yet.
So, buyer beware. Tonight I go home to start packing my home of 26 years.
