I recieved an e-mail from a Shelly Ann Stacks saying I was approved for the loan I had applied for, she then left a # for ma to call her I got a hold of her and she explained the steps for me to take to get my loan. She had said in order to get it I had to do 1 of 3 things, I coould put something up for collateral, or get a co-signer, or purchase a insurance policy. So when I decided to purchase the insurance cause desperate times calls for desperate measures I was sent paper work on the terms and agreements for it I then money gramed express them $500 for the policy. I was told by a gentleman by the name of derek that I would get my funds deposited into my account on 6/21 when that time came the funds were not in there. I called derek back to ask why, he stated that the insurance company had chooseb not to insure my because of my credit he said he would try to find another insurance company to insure me and about 4-5 days later he said he did but they wanted another $400 because of my credit.
I was worried about it at first but I told him I wanted some type of guarantee that as soon as they got the money I would have mine it should only take 24-48 hours. They faxed me a letter of guarantee stating I would have it and it has now been 2 weeks. I have contacted them and all I get is excuse after excuse so I also contacted my local police dept. The Better Business Buear and the Distric Attonery's office. I still continue to call them and pressure them about it I guess what I really want is for them to have the gut's to just tell me they took my money and deal with it. But I have wrote to a local news company, and to a lot of talk show's about them I and not going to stop doing what I can until someone pay's for the trouble they have caused me and my famliy. Not to mention the finacial trouble I am not deeper in then I was when I started. So please if you could help in any way to stop these people then please do anyone please.
