I was contacted by a Mr. Bruce Turner with Coral Financial Group as was told that I had been approved for a $10,000.00 line of credit. I didn't recall ever applying with them and questioned Mr. Turner about where he had received my information. He then stated I had filled out an application with Nordic Financial (I can not recall the exact name but I do know it had Nordic as part of it) I also do not know if Nordic knows of what Coral Financial Group is doing and have been uanble to locate them on the internet as I had before. But either way he said I had 3 options to secure my loan. The first was a co-signer, the second an insurance policy and the last collateral.
Well I would be unable to find a co-signer due to my previous credit history and collateral I had none so the easiest solution was the insurance policy. He then stated to me that it would be $930.00 to secure the loan with the insurance policy. He then began to explain the process to me of wiring the the money via western union to an Authroee Johnson in Jamaica. I asked why it could not be taken out of the loan and he stated it was not possible. Also, the dates the money is deposited kept changing. So I finally decided to do a little research on Coral Financial Group and came across a rip off report and a rebuttal from the President of Cora Financial Group in Florida. I called the office a Florida and they stated to me that they had no idea who Coral Financial in Kingston, Jamaica were and also that he had reported them to the FBI, Homeland Security and had continously called google to have their web page removed. Well needless to say he saved me from throwing away $1000.00 on a lost cause. Do not under any circumstance send them money they prey on people who are already in a financial bind and are desperate enough to believe anything. I really wanted to believe I was going to have money to consolidate my bills.
