This asset acceptance llc is claiming i finance a camera through castle credit corp. Back in 1988 which shock me because ive have no account on ever signing or entering into contract for no such item, the people over at asset acceptance llc were very rude and not polite even dough they are the ones asking for money. I was very outrage so did a little research and found out that castle credit corp is not a creditable company and have been sue many times in the past i checked my credit report as of yet it does not reflect there im trying my best to get ahead of the game so these scam artist do not ruin my good credit standings.
I would like to know why the better business b
has not put a stop to these companies that abuse innocent tax payers and really are a parasite in society. The most funny thing is ive never recieved or made any payments to either of these so called entities anyone i am going to proceed by suing them for fair debt collection practices act and for violation of fair credit reporting act. Anyone with anymore suggestions.
