Ripoff promised credit card w / $2000 limit Took $219 fee from my checking account and never delived card. NO number to contact them

I received a call telling me I qualified for a VISA or Mastercard with a $2000 limit.

I was charged a one time processing fee of $219, which was taken directly from my checking account. I was promised th card within 2 weeks. It has now been about 6 weeks, and no card. There is no contact number either.
