Is a consumer fraud ripoff scam

I like so many others sent in my payment for rush application processing and have discovered nothing but dead ends with this company. I paid for rush application processing and did not recieve anything until two or three weeks later. To top it off I have gone to thier website and it is nowhere close to finished. I have tried calling, but every time I call there is a busy signal. I have not recieved what I paid for and ask that my money be refunded promptly. I only hope that First National Credit pays dearly for misleading the public. MiguelMilwaukee, Wisconsin
