This Genesis Financial Solutions is now being sued in US District Court. They are being sued along with Discover Financial Services and Plaza Associates and Mitchell N. Kay attorney.
This is due to all parties violating the FCRA and the FDCPA.
They violated a number of laws. We people must now start to call the shots and back it up with legal actions there is NO other way to get these huge banks to change unless they get a number of former customers suing them for large sums.
Genesis is a corrupt companie and they will pay for what they did to me legally. The judge has already said in the first order a legal wrong has been found to have been committed. He then ordered US Marshalls to serve all parties.
I trust this judge and I am so grateful he saw the awful
acts they all have put me through for 6 years!
None of these corps have any affirmitive defense to protect their hind ends. Sooo lets all concentrate on the truth and LAW prevail to punish the wrong doers!
