I financed my home through conseco now greentree i guess thats what they are calling themselves now. My home had i fire in 2005 it was insured through greentree the adjuster came out to take a look at all the damage and called it a total loss i fought with them for two months to get the check and when i got it to my surprise it was 25,000.00 less than what was owed on the home! I now have a home i cant live in sell or rent out and still owe. How can you insure a house for less than what is owed!!! After months of dealing with the rude an harrassing people i finally was told they would lower my note to 170.00 a month after months of waiting being told not to pay the bill that i continued to recieve that they were working on fixing the note the lady i was dealing with called and said that it had been denied so putting me even further behind in my note because they told me not to pay! A note on my door today saying notice of foreclosure no returned calls no waring no bills just foreclosure. These people need to be taken to court and sued for all they have done to everyone harrassing phone calls for a being three days late to threating to take your home what gives and what will it take for somebody to take these people on and stop letting them get away with this!
