On may 18 I got aphone call from jennifer smith about a loan that I had applied for. On may19 I call her back and she was not in so honey smith had help me out.
She faxed over the contract of he loan in which to get the loan you needed to pay a premium which is 4 months of the loan, which was $599.40 for a $5000 loan.
They ask that you send it money gram or western union. This money was to be wire to ontario, canada to a corey brown. After you do this you call them and fax them the receipt. I then call honey jones to let her know that I have sent the money and that when will I see my loan. She stated that because it was late in the day that I will see it on saturday morning may20.
At about 10am I checked the bank and notice that I never got this money so I called honey jones. She puts my on hold and came back and tells me that they fell beyond last night and they are going to do it now and that I will see it at 3pm.
I checked in the bank at 3:30pm and found that I still haven't seen that loan. I then called honey jones back in which she assured me that the loan was being process as we speak. I told thank you.
At about 5pm I notice that I still have not received the loan so I was very upset now. I called the company and I am being told that they are all gone and that I need to call back on monay may22.
On monday I called to honey jones and found out she was not in so i asked to speak with jennifer smith. I told jennifer what was going on and that I want to know what is going on. She then called me back to tell me that i was high risk and that I need to pay another $345 on top of what I payed to get the loan. I told her no way I told her that I had asked if this loan was already approve why do I have to pay more she said that she has nothing to do with that. I told her that I want me money back fast because they just put me in the hold. She said that she will put it in but that she has nothing to do wih the refund. I asked her who do I speak to she said that I would have to talk to mr. Anderson.
On may 25 is when my nightmare has started. I call to talk to mr. Anderson and he put my on hold and came back to tell my that my refund is being process right know and that I will see it in my account 1pm. I was great thank you.
Well the next day I called mr. Anderson may26 to see what happen that I didn't get my refund. Well ever since then I have sent faxes, e-mail and left messages. Which that company has not returned any of my phone calls.
I have called in which they have been rude and hang up on my. On june 15 I finally got to talk to mr. Anderson in which I had to refresh his memory so then he asked for my name and when I told him he states to me that I am the person that is sending some distrubing faxes, e-mail. I told him yes because I am very upset with this company because they are very unprofessional and rude. He then comes out in a very nasty way and tells me that I will receive my money on monay june19 by certified mail.
Well wasn't that another lie of theirs. On june20 I called and faxed and e-mail asking for my refund.in the aftrnoon I got though and I spoke to mr. Anderson asst. I told him the case and he stated to me that mr. Anderson is away on vacation that I have to call back in 2weeks. But when I kept talking to him about what kind of an asst. Is he that he can not tell my about my refund. He states that he is not allowed to touch mr. Anderson files. I told him that he was a liar and that I was getting tired of that company that they are rude, unprofessional.
So then he came out in a high tone and tells me to call mr. Anderson on tuesday and talk to him. On june 22 I faxed and e-mail again that I want my refund that it has been 30 days. The contract states 5-14 business days I am still waiting till this day.
