I took out a loan because of hard times that happened to me. I contacted the company after the money was already paid and asked them why I was charged extra. I only took a $200 loan and they have taken $300. I asked them to stop. They continue to charge and I get charged nsf fees every time on top of that. My husband called the bank and they won't stop. I am stumped as to what to do.
