Took 300.00 payday loan from ameriloan, paid back 280.00. Ameriloan claims that I only paid fees on the loan. That I signed a contract agreeing to this. I did not. I agreed tohave it deduct it from my checking account, but never read that the fees would be 600.00 for a 300.00 loan. I contacted them and they are demanding the 350.00.
They said I agreed to pay them back 900.00!!! I did not. This company are loan shark under disguise. I wish I had read your report prior to doing business with this horrible company. They take advantage of people in crisis, to nail them to the wall, then you can call them or find them. But they have access to your account.
