Misleading, poor contact info. Unknown internet

I applied for a loan in november and I was under the impression that the loan would be paid all at once. Not every week (or every ten days) etc. Now my account is in jeopardy of being in trouble because ameriloan didn't take the money owed to them. I am writing (typing) this because I don't want any one else to be taken advantage of, I also need help in contacting ameriloan directly. Thankyou
