My First Problem with the company was they debited my account to early. I spoke to a rep after holding for an hour and she told me there was nothing she could do. I then told her to cancel any dealing they had with me. That cost me the 20.00 over draft fee.
I'm in the Navy so after I returned to the states I noticed they had debited 130.00 from my account. I called back and was told I would recive paper work in the mail and a refund would be sent to me. I explaned that I was under way and Had just got back home the rep promised me that the paper work would be sent ASAP.
After a week and a half later I called Back and Asked were my paper work was I was told it was lost in the mail but new Paper work would come. I have yet to get such forms.
I work hard and loose time with my kids for the small amount of pay we get as sailors and I can stand it that the very people I spend life defending are cheating me and my husband and kids out of money. If any one has and answer to this problem please let me know.
