My wife got a few pay day loans because we were in a lil financial difficulty being that i was coming out of hurriccane katrina in new orleans in august and needed bad help to get an apartment. My wife is in the us navy and we couldn't use their help because they helped with getting our car fixed, but anyways we just couldn't keep paying the money every 2 weeks because we are expecting our child, so they keep harassing my wife at her work. They call her master cheif and captain... Even though she went to the navy to get help the pay day loan people violated the privacy act... And are threatning to get her kicked out of navy, to put in jail for fraud, etc, etc... What do we do? My wife is trying her best to serve her country not to be a criminal... What do we do. How do we stop the harassment?
