CNAC has harassed me since the first payment I made to them.
They call me the day the payment is due, and we have the same conversation every time, my payment is due on Wednesday but my husband gets paid on Friday, so I tell them that I will send it on Friday they cuss me out everytime tell me how its not their fault that I can't pay my payment on time.
While I was pregant with my daughter they called and harassed me and caused my blood pressure to rise and I went into false labor.
I have had the same insurance since I got the car and now they are telling me that it doesn't have enough coverage, and again have found another reason to hassle me. They keep telling me that they are going to come and get thier car if I dont comply to what they want. They say they don't conform to me that I must conform to them. They constantly are calling my grandmother who has cancer by the way and telling her a bunch of lies like if I take the car out of the state that she will be arrested.
I am paying a interest rate of 22% and every payment the interest and the principal payment amount are always different,
I also have several letters from them with both the month and the YEAR wrong and always the payment amount is wrong. Most of the time the letter stating that I am in default comes on the day that the payment is due, also the phones calls start the same day like I stated before, this harassement has to stop, I am afraid to drive my own car for fear that they will try to take it when I park to go into the store. People who are hard working, attempting to make thier payments on time should not have to live like this.
However if my husband or brother answer the phone the treat them with respect I can't understand that.
