Capital One Credit Cards STALK customers by phone... Holidays and after hours!
STOP before you accept that offer from CAPITAL ONE on a pre-approved credit card, both secured AND un-secured! After they get you signed up, they call you at least three to four times per week trying to sell this, hawk that, push this and offer that. I've told them several times to quit calling, especially after 9pm at night and on important holidays.
And Heavan forbid you're ever a day late or a dollar over your limit: they treat you even worse with the stalking-like phone calls. My advice is STAY AWAY from CAPITAL ONE!
