Ripoff $3.25 rebate check, wanting my credit card number lanham

If it sounds to good to be true... We've all heard it before! This bogus company is a joke! Today i recieved this "all official looking" letter in the mail. Open it up it is a check for $3.25 from preferred cardholder division... New visa and mastercard accounts department. I read all the fine print, how stupid do these people think we are. If you get a letter like this, shred it! On the back of the check they require you to put your credit card number, well, hello! If they are giving me a $2500.00 credit limit they don't need my "real" credit card number.

I got on this website to see if this fake company has tried to hit anyone else and sure enough it was there.
