E-Bullion deactivated my multi kilogram gold account some time before October - no notification, no reason.
In order to reactivate the account they wrote 'Please contact our customer service office at 1 (805) 482-1460 for account activation assistance'
Calling this number results in a number of options and finally - just waiting.
Emails to them during the last two weeks have had no response.
