This company is by the worst of all credit card companies. They have the worst customer service ever. Customers are treated like criminals by a bunch of foreign accented people. They continuosuly lie to you and keep tacking on fees that are unwarranted. I experienced an incident where my wallet was stolen and I had to cancel all my cards and bank account. I called the other credit card company I had a card with and they were extremely sympathetic and gracious. They promptly cancelled my card and reissued another one. I called the morons at Aspire and it took me 8 days to get anyone to talk to. I sent email after email to get a confirmation that the card was cancelled. No response. I finally sent an email that said if I do not get the confirmation the card is cancelled, I will not pay. They eventually called me and demanded my payment, still not confirming the card was cancelled. They told me if I paid over the phone they will not charge me for the phone payment. BIG LIE! Next statment, they tacked on a $12.00 charge. I was furious. It also cost $4.95 to make a payment on the web. Who are these people???
