I cannot believe how this company is allowed to insult the consumers who have a report by them. Here is my story: In 3/16 I tried to apply for a loan to get a trailer and 2 acres of land with it all fenced in a really nice trailer. Anyhow I found out I was denied and I was thus asking the person to please mail me my credit report that they had. So I received my report and saw that there were things on there that did not absolutely 100% belong to me so I called Equifax and talked to Red on 4/18 at 11:41 am she is Supervisor for Team 4 and Erika on 4/19 at 12:55 pm she is Supervisor for Team 2. Both of them were kinda had a smart mouth and kept on insisting that it's not on my report and that also there are other people with my same name and that they cannot pull up another person's credit report. Problem I am having is that Equifax can't listen cause I called the company who provided the loan place with the report and a woman who was very nice to me and explained to me what happened and why Equifax couldn't find it. I conveyed this info to Equifax to a woman named Diana Watson who to has a smart mouth. Now today I get a call from her and she still insists that it's not on there and on the report from the company that provided my report to the loan company shows that even EF which stands for Equifax is on there on the things that don't belong to me and then also on a false address it has next to it equifax. I just wish I could do something against them as they are uncooperative and rude and no manners and are 100% unable to listen even after I provided them proof that shows that it is on my Equifax Credit Report just that there are 2 more files that are associated with me. I just need help in this matter which has ruined my credit. If Equifax would listen to me and do what I told them like I told Diana Watson then they would see what I was talking about that it is on my credit report just that it's on my credit report just that they have to enter different data so see it. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know immediately I am going out of my mind with this all because I got proof that it is on my credit report by Equifax but the people at Equifax just can't seem to listen.
