USA Credit, commonwealth-marketing group, they may use several other names. Supposedly they are supposed to offer you a credit line to re-establish good credit.
This is odd really since they constantly ocverdraw my account which makes my bank less than happy with me. The bank can not help me. The BBB says they can't, the offical "law", if you will, says they can not help either.
If it is left up to me a whole lot longer I will have to go to the Pennsylvania address and have a little chat with them on their own ground. I am a disabled veteran, on a fixed income from my VA disability pension. These shysters ran their game on me and now regularly withdraw whatever they like from my account.
The first theft was just $79.95 so I faired better than those of you who were hit for $149.95 the first time. Then there is the inevitable $19.95 per month for their Service fees. Service indeed, phones dont work, neither is there any kind of customer representation, I may have to go there to represent all of us?
I refuse to close the account, it takes too long to get my direct deposit re-established from the Federal reserve.
I found the same toll free 800 number was used in their Missoula Montana location as the one used in Pennsylvania, which I found rather odd... Then too the Montana address reads broadway They run this legetimate business out of an apartment?
There are thousands of reports that these guys are ripoffs, yet nothing is being done. I can find no sort of assistance. I was very very stupid, and had faith in someone offering me a good deal. Turns out I got the shaft. Chances are I will settle this in my own way, on my own terms, in my own time. They will regret ever having heard of me... Because I do not take no for an answer.
Do yourself a favor: Know that if it sounds too good to be true that indeed it is. Know nobody cares about your personal credit rating, much less is going to offer you any real help with your credit rating. Never, Ever put your account information anywhere NEAR your computer, much less give it to someone on the Internet.
I will have justice, as well as all my money back, just how far I will have to go to accomplish this yet remains to be seen. I will make the trip.
I am sorry for all of you who likewise were less than smart, and did a dumb thing. Live and learn. I have dreams of a commando type raid on their headquarters where we all break open the safe and extract every penny they owe us, and not a single penny more. Telling them what we think as we walk out the door with our money in hand.
From the look of these reports, we could arrive on their front door, en masse with several hundred determined souls making our case. If the attorneys want to fuss around with the courts, so be it. The court did not steal from me, USA Credit did, they then will not be dealing with any courts concerning me, it is me they must deal with. I am sure it will be an interesting event.
Anyone care to join me on my march to their front door? Come one come all, we just might change how these thieves are allowed to use the internet to steal from us... At any rate I WILL get mine back, with or without any outside help, I encourage all with similar concerns to contact me when it is convienant.
