The IRS sent a levy to wells Fargo, wells Fargo processed the levy and charged 75 dollers. The IRS recieved 18.39 and the account was overdrawn by 75 dollers. As soon as I found out I went down to the bank and tryied to bring the account up to 0. I had a 100 doller bill in my hand for all to see and the manager would not let me deposit the 75 dollers and said there will be no overdraft charges for the 21 days of the levy. At that time I could come back and close the account. Several days later I checked the account online and there were overdraft charges, I called customer service and they said that there were no holds on that account and I should have been able to deposit money in that account, now I owe the bank over 100 dollers.
