Rob McAllister AND Residential Mortgage Concepts (the company he scammed for at the time). Promised me a high interest loan that did not have a prepayment penalty so that I could refinance right away at a lower rate once in the house.
Once I went to refinance that son-of-a-bitch brokered a loan for me with a 2% prepayment penalty! When I called him, he said there was nothing he could do, that the loan company ripped me off, not him. He refused to do anything to help me and probably moved on to the next poor unsuspecting client.
He NOW works for West Seattle Mortgage, Inc. On California Ave in West Seattle. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE SCUMBAG!!!
