My husband and I noticed that there was a strange ACH Debit from his checking account and we called the bank, they told us that they didn't have any information on that day, but to call back the next day and they might have more information.
He called back the next day and found out that it was EDP Reporting. I called the company since he was at work, and was told that he authorized the charge and if we pursued legal action to get our money back, we would both be arrested.
Luckily, my husband is in the United States Army, and he has an appointment with JAG in about an hour. He is also going to try to get the company and all companies that they are associated with blackballed from the US military. That means that if anyone in the military is allowed to use those services, the comapny will be sued by the department of defense.
I have read all of your experiences with this company, and I am glad that we are not the only ones.
