Unauthorized debit charge from my checking account (Fraudulent)

I found on my bank statement a charge for $159.95 which was not authorized by me. I called my bank to dispute the charge.

I could not stop payment or dispute the charge. It was either identity theft or some type of online fraud. I need this amount credited back to my account since I am on a limited budget and I was also charged an overdraft fee.

I will get my money if I have to seek out the individual or company in person.
Theft is illegal and i have been robbed and have been put in a bind because of this fraudulent charge.
