Capital Financial ripoff leading people to believe that they are geting a real credit card to help thier credit

I got a phone call from Robin at Capital financial stating that with a $200 dollar deposit I would be geting a mastercard/visa type credit card. It would have a $2000 dollar spending limit. I would also get $200 in vouchers to help pay my first couple of payments. When recieved the it was card with no name on it, a catalog, 4 $50 vouchers to you after i pay first 35% of the bill.
