I called my bank to find out something different about my account and that is when they told me that i had to pay an overdraw fee. I did not know what was going on and they gave me a number to call and it was EDP reporting. When i called i did not get a response. I then went on to the website and wanted to chat live with someone and when i finally got ahold of Jasmine (the representative) i told her my issue and said i wanted my money back it said she was disconnected. I tried again and never got anyone and it kept saying that function was unavailable. I do not remember giving them my information and did not give them premission to take money out of my account. I can not get anyone to talk to me.
