My fiance created an account at freecreditreport.com, received her free credit report, and cancelled. Since then she has had 12 dollars charged each month. She has called in multiple times to cancel the account and get her money back. Every time she calls, the employee says that it is all taken care of, but on the first of the month she gets charged again.
I called in with all of her information and spoke to an employee named Sally. I asked for he employee number for my own records, and although I got it out of her... It was difficult. She refused most services, and would not let me speak with her supervisor. Even though her supervisor was standing right next to her (could hear them talking) she came back and said that she could not find a supervisor for me to talk to.
Now I see that we weren't the only ones to have this problem, and I feel bad for not investigating the company before creating an account.
